absolutely wonderful! dependable fast and friendly service highly recommend
"Mostly well, but the patio was left wet with spotting and debris from his mop. I was told to let the rain wash it off. However, no rain so I had to scrub the debris off several days later with a push broom and hose. Under the spotting and debris, the patio mildew was gone."
"Mr. Gregory promptly returned my call and came the very next day to give me an estimate and perform the service. I have a large property with many trees, most of which had lost their leaves. Removing them was a monumental task. Mr. Gregory worked from 9:30 a.m. until it became dark and then returned the next morning to finish the task. He'd given me an estimate before he realized how long the leaf removal would take and did not raise his price even though the job took many more hours than he anticipated. In addition, he cut my front lawn without charging me. I plan to use him for lawn services in the future "
"Excellent. Professional, Honest and Fair. Crew was very thorough, friendly and cleanup left property in better condition than was originally. I would consider Victor and crew for other inside and outside jobs in the future."
"Excellent, Evans Painting is a wonderful team to work with! We highly recommend their service and we will be using them again. Can’t ask for a more reasonably priced service from a team of honest and concerned men."
"The call was placed and he returned service call promptly. Set up appointment / he was going to be delayed slightly and called to inform me. I appreciate that call as many service companies just let you wait without consideration of your time. "
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.
Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.
Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.
Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.
The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.
