The owner is extremely professional and conscientious when setting up and executing remediation so that spores do not spread from the containment area. The company was here when they said they would be and worked to resolve our issue as quickly as possible. They were also incredibly nice people that took care in my home. I highly recommend!

We needed some Professional Mold Remediation help. We contacted Best Option Restoration, and they sent someone out within 40 minutes. The service tech that came out was the actual owner of the business. He was extremely professional, and after I explained our situation and he surveyed the problem. He explained in detail our problem. He said with confidence that he would take care of our problem. He told us what he was going to do and what he was going to use to clean up our issue. He finished in the exact time he said that he would. He cleaned up everything very well. He gave us his business card, and he said if something didn't seem right to call at anytime day or night. He left some support equipment to ensure that we would be okay until he came back to ensure that everything was good. This guy was awesome.
