We requested a change to the original plan midway through the process that he handled with aplomb. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

We contacted LockTec for information and pricing for a home security system.  A appointment was made with Scott for him to come out and give us an analysis of what our home would need.  We can't say enough good things about Scott and the LockTec company.  To our surprise our home was prewired (we moved in last October).  Scott advised us because of this it would save us quite a bit of money. 

We had done quite a bit of research about various home security companies and their systems.  Found a lot of complaints with the major companies.  We chose LockTec mainly because they are a local company here in Huntsville, AL and Scott's knowledge and professionalism.  The installation went smoothly and was done in one day. We did have a little glitch in they system after it was installed, but it was rectified right away. We are very satisfied with our security system and would recommend LockTec to anyone needing a home security system.
