"Terry (owner) came to residence & quoted the total cost of painting my master bedroom & bathroom, I agreed to price & the painters came the next week & painted both rooms in one day. They did an absolutely great job! They were very detailed oriented & cleaned everything up, moved furniture back & was very respectful . I will definitely call them for next project."

"Amazing guys! They helped load and haul away materials and debris from my home, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish! The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home 😊 They worked quickly, handled everything safely, and left my house undamaged and clutter-free. I am beyond grateful with how easy they made a job that would’ve been a huge hassle . Highly recommend them for any clean-out or junk removal needs!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Government regulations such as the EPA and OSHA govern lead removal procedures to ensure health and environmental safety during and after abatement.

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.

If the lead paint is in a place that is not easily disturbed and is not flaking or deteriorating, you do not necessarily need to remove it. Lead is toxic when dust particles or flakes from peeling lead paint are ingested. If people are not in the area with the lead paint, it may be safe to leave it in place. You still may want to consider encapsulation with a paint formulated for covering lead-based paint, just for an added layer of protection.

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.
