The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"I was very pleased with the over all attitude and work ethics with this company, from start to finish. Tommy stayed in touch with me and his crew to make sure everything was going well. By the way, Tommy was out of the country on vacation and still took the time to help me get my roof took care of. I personally don't know of anyone else that would do that. I had contacted other companies that were in this area and had trouble just getting them out here to look at my roof. The crew stayed at it and I had a new roof on my house and garage in one and half days. The crew cleaned up the grounds around the house and garage so that nothing was left laying around. From the first day I talked with Tommy, he had everything arranged and had my roof on in less than a week and if it hadn't been for the new year rolling around during that time, it would have been on sooner than that.
