"Simply drywall job: They worked expeditiously and had the job completed before the agreed upon time. Upon completion the work was inspected by the point of contact Steve, who was very helpful with ideas to complete the room. I would use their services again. I had 2 workers on drywall demo and cleanup, 1 guy on simple frame repair, inactive wasp nest removal. Wasn’t to happy with the bill but I will say with the unexpected item that came up and the time I needed project completed, I preferred to pay vs diy handyman special. If you don’t have time you have money and vice versa. I do believe the finished product will be pleasing once painted and finished completely. I am thankful for the experience and the help that we needed was received."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"The men arrived bright and early, tools in hand.  They ran a new hot water pipe under my house.  They put plastic up on a large side porch for us, and then checked the water pipe for leaks before they left.  They did a great job, and were finished quickly.  Although I originally hired Mr Coleman to take care of my yard, I also depend on Rent-a-Man for all our plumbing and construction needs. "

He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."

I thought for sure that they would quote me a brand new roof but after they took a look at it they gave me an estimate for only the damaged portion. In one day they fixed my problem and saved me thousands of dollars. In addition, they installed Hardie siding and a new front entry door."

"Chris arrived with his crew the day before the work was to be done and went over all the details again with me concerning the roof and painting. Chris explained to me how the work would be done start to finish and that is exactly the way the work was done. The crew was on time to start the job and was very careful not to damage any of my outside plants. They placed tarps down on my grass to catch the old nails from my roof. The crew kept the yard clean and picked up. The crew cleaned out my gutters when the job was done and even allowed me to throw some junk in their clean up trailer before hauling it off. Elite Roofing returned the next day and started painting both inside and outside of my house. The roof took only 1 day to complete and the painting took 2 days. Im very pleased with the overall experiece Ive had with Elite Roofing both on my home and my mothers home.
