The installers did an excellent job!

Representative named John C. evaluated and met us...then he later met with our insurance adjuster to point out each item that he felt needed to be addressed. He also took the time to help file our claim, on phone, with our insurance company so that we didn't have to do it alone. He stepped up to the plate and made us feel very secure during the entire process. He also agreed to personally take our damaged window screens (holes from hail) and replace the mesh and reinstall so that we wouldn't have to do it ourselves. Overall, his kindness and professionalism were on point and I highly recommend their serves. Roof looks amazing! Ask for John...he will work hard for you.

The contractor was supposed to replace the complete roof, fix the ceilings inside of the house damaged by the water from the roof leaks, replace the rotten wood posts attached to roof, and then touch up places on the side of the house with paint that was left exposed after the new roof was installed.  The roof was replaced completely in one day and a half and it looked great, yet, the rotten posts were not replaced, and  the rest of the work still has not been completed.

I  agreed to $5600.00 for all the work, which I paid. Then the contractor presented me with an additional bill for an extra $600.00 he stated was for extra material that they needed to complete the roof. Yet, I have three whole  stacks of shingles in my garage that were left over from the workers. The two ceilings and rotten wood with water damage have yet to be replaced, and the paint is still in the garage.  The insurance company refused to release any additional funds for this mess.  Just thankful that the roof did not leak.

Everything went well.  They were very patient and thorough, worked well with our insurance company, and did a great job with the installations.
