"Prime Management is a great company because the owner Matt is always there to listen and is always willing to work with you and he is full of knowledge of 30 years of experience. The job is beautiful done. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs anything done regarding home improvement or build a new house."

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"The overall experience was amazing, from day one in speaking with Brian was honesty, respect and professionalism. For me to live out of state and find the kind of craftsmanship that he offers is highly unusual. He went above and beyond in doing some extra work that was needed for my Sister's home. I highly recommend Skyline Construction to anyone that needs a dependable, honest and professional contractor. Thanks Skyline for the wonderful service you gave."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"They take money on muy account for my home warranty service, and they are very responsive, and very reliable. They send Repair companies to my house for repairs and services."

"These gentlemen were very professional, informative, and very cooperative. When they discovered more damage to my roof, they inquired me before proceeding. They are still my go to contractors for my homes in MS while living out of state.

"When we bought our house it needed a significant amount of electrical work! Chance installed and replaced outlets and switches, installed new light fixtures and fans throughout the house, hung televisions, added a gas line for a stove top, changed out faucets, added lights in our kitchen and even installed our pendant lights!! He was a pleasure to work with and his work was impeccable!! He made and designed cabinets in my parentâ s laundry room which I hope to have him do for us in the future!! Chance is always our first call for any home improvement needs!!"

"They are great! We used them once last month and we were so happy with the service we rehired them again! They are very communicative when they are on the way and while at my home. They are always on time and very enthusiastic. They also clean up well after themselves. We're planning on rehiring them again in the future. I would highly recommend them to other people."
