I’ve been working in landscaping for 5-6 years with my father and he has more than 20 years of experience in landscaping. We are a family owned business and my father has worked for two landscaping companies and those companies are Montgomery landscaping and Golden Landscapes. We've done irrigation and drainage work in multiple locations in alabama, we also do trimming, mulch, and straw. We do work in Montgomery, Wetumpka, Prattville, Millbrook, Alabaster, and any other city in the state of Alabama. We are very well versed in trimming ,irrigation and drainage systems, and laying sod and installing shrubs, trees and flowers. We take pride in our work and we cater to every aspect of what the client asks of us and we always ask for the clients opinion of the project before we finish. I believe we should be hired because of are amazing work ethic and experience we have in doing landscaping and our top priority will be to satisfy all clients with any project they have for us to complete.

"This tree was very stressful. It was literally just a few inches from my home. With that in mind , choosing someone to do this job was also stressful. Joe came looked at the hugh tree. He was very professional and understanding of my fear. He was confident in his ability to be able to do job. He arrived to do job an got started, using a zip line technique which was so amazing got top of tree down. Then for the massive part he assisted the situation several times to get the perfect landing zone. Then started wedging this monster took lots of care in not sawing into my home. And is it hit the ground I sighed in relief. The clean up begun a amazing job was done on everything. You ask would I hire him again DEFINITELY. While he was here 1 of my neighbors ask Joe to give a assessment. So they was impressed by he's ability. So need a tree down call Joe."

Excavating questions, answered by experts

The best type of soil to build on is a mixture of sand and clay, known as loam soil. Loam soil has the best combination of these soil types to build a foundation on. The clay particles help with water retention, so it won’t erode like sandy soil might, and the sandy particles help with drainage, so you won’t see unsafe soil expansion or have an increased risk of leaks from water sitting against your foundation.

The rules and regulations regarding groundwater use vary between states. To find out if you can dig a well on your property, you’ll have to consult these regulations, address any compliance requirements, and get the appropriate permits. It’s also important to check that your intended location has the right geology and water table to support a well.

Digging out a basement takes anywhere from a few days to a few months. Most projects take at least two to five weeks, but it could take several months if you encounter obstacles. This project takes longer if you need to brace or raise your home before the excavation. Digging out a basement in new construction can take as little as three days.

Above ground pools are not buried in the ground. Typically, above ground pools are semi-permanent. One reason they’re more affordable is that you don’t have to dig for an inground pool and pour concrete or another material. However, you can choose to install a semi inground pool, which is a hybrid between the two.

There are many ways to cut through roots when digging, especially if your trencher doesn’t seem to be removing the roots. First, use a shovel to expose the roots. Then, use gardening shears to clear out smaller roots or a reciprocating saw to remove larger plant roots. If you plan on keeping the plant, avoid cutting any roots over 2 inches thick.
