"We contacted several companies concerning dampness in our crawl space and a sag in our floor. AFS clearly provided the most professional response. Ryan Haley did an exceptional job selling the services that would address the problem rather than pushing something we didn't need. He measured, explained and was upfront about every detail. We could not have been more confident in selecting AFS. On the day the job started, Josh and Adam called to give us an E.T.A. and then promptly arrived to start the work. On day one, they cleared out the crawlspace, removed the debris and neatly stacked excess bricks we wanted to save. You couldn't ask for a better team. On day two, Brian joined Josh and Adam to complete the encapsulation, install a floor support beam and a dehumidifier system. I even checked the yard expecting to find little bits of debris and they left our yard better than when they arrived. "The work was done decent and in order. We hired Dan to assemble a bar and install an outdoor Television inside the bar. He nailed it.
