The owner Mike called me right away I was still thinking about what I wanted to do but he said it would be no charge for him to come out and look. Talking to him put my mind at ease and it wasnt as bad as I thought he got someone out the same day to fix it. He did not replace the garage door only the spring but he did give me an estimate on replacement of the door. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Contacted me without delay. Came the same day to estimate the need and replacement and cost. Came the next day and replace the garage door. The only thing that I was disappointed was The glass on my door broke and they said they clean it all up and they did not do that. I have mobility problems, and it was very hard for me to sweep the floor and get all the glass.

I had taken a picture of my issue and sent it to the company representative while on the phone discussing the job. He said they could repair it and would probably be about $110-115. After the tech arrived and looked at the door, he said he recommend replacing the top brace. My quote then went to $300.
