After D&G finish the work the drins runs smooth. D&G were professionals they made sure they explained what they were doing and why and cleaned up before they left our home. "Scheduling the appointment was the biggest challenge.  It took a couple of voicemails and calls to get the appointment scheduled.  The technician didn't show up for the first appointment.  I called the office, but didn't get an answer.  After a couple of calls to their cell number, I was able to reach Jan and he let me know they were down a truck that day (Monday) and I would have to reschedule with the office.  When I got in touch with the office, the lady there said she wasn't sure when they would be able to get there since the truck was down.  She said she would call the next day (Tuesday), but didn't.  I called back on Wednesday, and they were able to come out that morning if I could be there.  They arrived as promised and did a great job on everything.  They completed within the two hour time window and cleaned up.  The technicians were very friendly and professional.  I know that trucks break down and schedules have to change, but there should have been better communication from their office.  Once they came out, everything went smoothly."
