Tim scheduled an appointment beforehand to tour our home and offer an estimate, which we felt to be entirely fair. Also: not to name names, but an earlier negative review's description of less-than-professional conduct and shoddy preparation sounds suspiciously (right down to the "deep cleaning"  term used) like our experience  with another local cleaning company that -- not to name names -- uses a confusingly similar title. Did a great job on the roof very happy with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job for a fair price.
