My detail business is a one man operation, all work shall and will be performed by owner/operator, i do not believe in sub-contracting my business out. For personal clients all payments are due at the completion of services rendered, either cash or check is acceptable. All work performed for businesses have a 30day window after completion to be paid in full.

I have 2 full time employees. First Time Weekly or Semi-monthly Customers would require payment when job is complete. Contracts could be paid monthly after six visits. I also have a lot of "One Time" Customers who just need help with one certain project like Holiday Decorating. That's how my business grew because those people called back every year and the Housecleaning was strictly "Word of Mouth" advertising from pleased Customers. My Customers have certainly "Paid it Forward" for me and my family. I live my life by that rule. I give FREE quotes onsite if they are within a 20 mile distance of my office. More than 20 miles away, I would have to charge $10.00 and that is ONLY because of Gas Prices. Another way to do quotes that are more than 20 miles away is by pictures on the internet. I use the internet to give quotes all of the time and my customers always feel that they have gotten a great deal. I have had the same customers for over 15 years that I handled on my one weekday off and weekends while I was working a full time job as an Insurance Aduster. I do have some Customers that travel for work so I do night work when needed. I work hard for my Customers but it is to help my husband give my children what they want and need. I take Pride in what I do. I can provide references fo anybody that can and should be verified. Even though I have done this for years, it has not become full time (dependable income for my family) until now so that is why I will work so hard for your family.
