"

The crew was professional, and miraculously packed a truck that apparently was too small for my load. They were courteous and sensitive to my needs.  A previous job went way over due to no fault of theirs, so they were late-  but the foreman kept  me informed and compensated me by sending an extra person.  I would recommend them

. The foreman really knows how to pack a truck.

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete.  I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

"Everything was fine and no issues. I don't really like the virtual thing but I liked her demeanor over the phone she was a nice lady."

Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.

"My interior decorator completely transformed my home into a space that feels both luxurious and deeply personal. Every detail — from the color palette to the textures, furniture placement, and finishing touches — was executed with intention, excellence, and an elevated eye for design. What impressed me most was their ability to understand my vision and bring it to life even better than I imagined. They blended comfort with sophistication, creating rooms that feel warm, inviting, and effortlessly stylish. The flow of the home is smooth, cohesive, and beautifully balanced. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail showed in every step of the process. The décor not only looks incredible, but it also feels functional, comfortable, and uniquely tailored to who I am. Walking into my home now feels like stepping into a luxury magazine spread — but with my personality woven into every corner. I’m beyond satisfied. They didn’t just decorate my house; they elevated my entire"

"If you wouldâ ve stepped inside my townhome prior to Velvet Muse, you wouldâ ve thought I had just moved in (but the truth is Iâ ve lived here for little over 2 years). The interior was bland and quite the eye sore. I had ideas in my head and loved things that I would see while scrolling through Pinterest. But my interior decorating is a bit like my wardrobe- fashionably insensitive but Iâ m too cool to care. Velvet Muse took a blank canvas and turned it in to something that Iâ m proud of. I no longer have the lingering thought in the back of my head of â what will they think of my decorâ when friends come to visit. She took my vision and brought it to life. She had a lot of ideas and suggestions of her own and I loved that. She is extremely personable and patient with someone like myself, who is extremely indecisive 99.9% of the time. The decor is unique to me as an individual and functional at the same time. I cannot wait to have Velvet Muse to come back and spruce up other rooms of my home in the future."
