"We use Perdido Heating & Air. I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one. It was the last check for the year of 2016. They do a good job. They were here the 18th of October 2016. It costs around $98 to $100. I would absolutely use them again. They've always done a good job. I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to. They never leave any mess."

"Called them on a Saturday. The owner came to my house within a half hour, gave me an estimate and said that he would return within the hour with tools and materials. His crew arrived, assessed the problems, told me what I needed, explained the repair process and proceeded. The young men were extremely knowledgeable and very fast. The installed new parts, checked all the old ones and got my system working perfectly. I would highly recommend this crew for any yard project. Dr. Miller"
