"We use Perdido Heating & Air. I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one. It was the last check for the year of 2016. They do a good job. They were here the 18th of October 2016. It costs around $98 to $100. I would absolutely use them again. They've always done a good job. I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to. They never leave any mess."

"Mr Thompson was the only contractor to respond to my telephone and online inquiries. Due to inclement weather and his already full schedule we were unable to schedule a service call right away. But he kept me informed and took the initiative and fit us in. He started early and worked late. He found and fixed every problemâ even one that apparently had been ignored by the previous owner for years."
