"Good morning, [Member Name Removed] I apologize that you misunderstood the price over the phone, as I did quote you $135 when you called. This is exactly what I completed the job for. You even said in your driveway that you thought it would cost you $150. With this being said, you can look at my prior reviews and see that I am not out to cheat anyone, and I do quality work for reasonable prices. I wish you the best. Should you have any additional plumbing needs, please feel free to contact me."
"Thank you for the review. We appreciate your business. Give us a call with any plumbing needs."
