WaterWorks provides exceptional plumbing related services for residential and commercial spaces in the Mobile and Baldwin County areas. We service all plumbing items in, around, and under your building structure, with the exception of septic tanks and well pumps. Our goal is to provide great communication and quality work as well as to be competitive in all aspects of our field. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured, locally owned company.

Faucet Repair or Replacement Service
I hired Waterworks Plumbing & Drain to fix a leaking water spigot and a dripping showerhead. Jared arrived the same day I called and quickly fixed the outside spigot and the showerhead drip. Jared’s quick response and excellent communication is why I will use Waterworks Plumbing & Drain for all my future plumbing needs.

He quoted me $35 to screw on a new shower head. Then after the job was done, he said that there's no way he could stay in business if he did service calls that cheaply. I agree, but don't quote someone $35 if that's not what you charge. He charged $135.

Jared responded very quickly, was very professional, and let me know that while he had other calls in front of me, I was a priority and that he would make sure he came out to fix my problem. He was up front about the process and the pricing every step of the way. My situation turned out to be much more involved than originally expected. He explained the diagnostic process so that I could understand what he was doing and why he was doing it. His work was thorough, careful, and he even insisted on cleaning up the floors throughout the house before he left. He went above and beyond and I appreciate everything he did and how exceptionally professional he was throughout! Very much worth the very reasonable cost and I will always use him for any other plumbing issue I encounter. Highly recommend!!!
