He came out within a few days and then up a general date for the installation (weather was the main factor) He was great about communication and very involved in the actual installation of the driveway. "The job was completed. The rebar was not placed in the footing. A rebar pole was placed in the cement blocks that were already stacked every 3 feet after the footing/base had already dried. Concrete was also mixed and placed where those poles were placed. I requested the stucco to be tinted instead of painted. The stucco was rushed painted and needed a 3rd coat. He left the paint instead. I have requested a receipt of payment 9 times now and still have not received one."
