Did a very nice job on wood fence repair.

I had hired them to do some termite repair work. the caps that they had put on did not match at first. They came back out and fixed it and did a good job except for the cement gray color.

Service was made the same day called. Repair man came out and repaired the problem within an hour. I would call again, if needed.

The repair was prompt, Professional and friendly. I will use them again with any A/C or heating system problems.

I am still not satisfied with the service and the money spent to this point. I currently have a letter in the mail to the company asking for a partial refund of my money for the reel repair that failed. No response as of this time.

I have used Dougs Appliance in the past and I am pleased with his work. He has very strong customer service. He is always able to fix everything. He is very honest to tell me whether something can be repaired or needs to be replaced. I trust him.
