I'm so glad we didn't have to buy a new fridge. I understand that diagnosing things on systems like this can take a little trial of things to test and check components, so the fact that it took a couple of visits didn't bother me. The technician was pleasant enough to deal with and efficient. I thought she explained things well, which was very nice. I have no complaints!"
