"We have a warranty for a period of time. We got two other quotes that were significantly higher. We had two other instances. The people who owned the house before us apparently had a significant issue and they blew insulation in to cover it up so it was not discovered in the home inspection. When these issues started popping out, we had squirrels try to enter in other areas. I do not know enough about squirrels to know if it is bad that they had to come back out or if it is normal. They are responsive. They come back out and I have a two year guarantee and then after that, I have to annually repurchase the guarantee. I have the repairman’s cell number so I am not going through the company. I text Carl directly and he is usually out in three days. So, his responsiveness is great. The thing they could do differently is to have the squirrels not come back."

"We first contacted them about a few months ago. They came out and set some traps and we never really got anything. So we went ahead with the second plan which cost us about $1000 to get stuff put up all over the house, but we still have critters. So, now they have done the last thing that they said that they could do. It is still covered because they said that it would guarantee the price that we agreed for a year. They have been pretty responsive except for once when they didn't come for a couple of days when I contacted them. They are punctual, as they come when they say that they are going to come. Most of the guys have been pretty professional. I have to wait and see as to how it turns out. I would continue to use their services in the future too."
