Garage Doors 4 UAbsolutely unbelievable!! My garage door hardware was damaged. I called Charles at 10 AM to see when he could repair the hardware since I could not open the door without further damaging it. He told me that he could repair it the next day. I asked him if he could squeeze me in today. He said he would see how the other jobs went. He called me at 2 PM. He said he could fit me in in between another appointment, He arrived at 2:35 PM and my door was repaired by 3:20 PM!!! Charles is brilliant, efficient, friendly, and extremely talented. Door Doctors TheA few years back, the garage door opener on our second garage door suddenly stopped working. The opener was installed in the 80's and was a custom install (rod length cut) due an obstruction by a large air duct. Thinking we needed a new opener, I called a few companies. After explaining the situation none were willing to come out and do the job. I was finally able to find one person that agreed to come out. He measured the length of the rail and said he would get back to me; he never did. So the garage pretty much sat unused for the next few years. After purchasing a new car a couple of weeks ago, I was determined to get the opener replaced. I found The Door Doctors via a recommendation on the Nextdoor app. A gentleman came out and I explained to him what happened. I mentioned that I thought the motor was burned out. He suspected that it was just the capacitor (a $10 part!). Sure enough, after replacing the capacitor, the opener worked!! I was extremely impressed by his knowledge but most of all by his honesty. He could've easily told me that the opener needed to be replaced to make more $. Instead he saved us a few hundred dollars! In addition, he said that if the capacitor fails again, he would apply a credit of the current service cost towards the install and replacement of the old opener. It's so refreshing to see that there are still honest businesses out there. Door Doctors has gained a life-long customer and I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The technician arrived early and go right to work. My door was in bad shape. The motor had pulled loose from its mount and the door was off the guide. The technician reattached the motor chain bracket to the wall, fixed the wiring that was hanging down, fixed the bent guide, adjusted the spring bar springs, and lubricated the spring and all wheels. The Technician also installed screws when reattaching the mounting board for the motor instead of nails like the builder did. He also installed some screws for the two warped mounting boards for the guides. It took about 1 1/2 hours and everything is fine now. Now the garage door will probably outlive me. Good Job! Very happy with the work performed.

The ETS Restorations team are miracle workers. We worked with an online design firm to produce an amazing design, but it was just a computer rendering without building specs. They took a pretty complex design (included fencing, a shed, paving, custom wood planter boxes) of our front yard and back yard and turned it into reality. Better yet, they did it in two weeks to get it done before a party we were hosting at our house, and right on budget. The head guy Charles came out and was really thoughtful. (He does design work himself on most jobs) Came up with great ideas (ie picking stone, designing the shed, lighting, irrigation, etc) and also improved the design. Then delivered a quote that he stuck to. The craftsmanship was top notch and the guys take pride in their work which really matters vs other home renovations where the key pieces are usually bought and just installed vs custom. Highly recommend them.
