"We called for estimate and Ryan promptly called and made appointment to come.  He was prompt, spent considerable time with us discussing our needs and what we wanted.  We immediately signed contract for work. We were told it would be about 7-8 weeks, which was fine and were glad we were given the time frame.  Someone came the next week to measure the windows we needed replaced.
John and Adrian were the installers.  They arrived promptly on the day they were sceduled.  We immediately were pleased with them and the communication between them and us as to what was going on.  They also advised us each day when they were leaving for lunch.  The job they did was outstanding, and we had a lot of fun during the day joking and kidding with them, as they continued to maintain focus on what they were doing.  THe job entailed 6 days but they John and Adrian worked diligently to do they job as it should be done. Thanks, guys!
Fred, the owner, was also awesome in communicating with us and told us that he wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Well, Fred, we are. The room is awesome, we are really enjoying it and our two "house" cats are probably enjoying as much, if not more. 
We would recommend Titan and are planning to use them in the future for other projects we need/want done.
