We haven’t started yet ! It will be the last of May or the first June before they will get started on my walk n tub!

I couldn't be happier. This sunroom is the best quality and they have a warranty on their work. I was just telling my friend if another hurricane comes it would be the best place to be as it is most sound and safe part of the house.

I was very pleased with the work they did replacing an old Jacuzzi tub with a large beautiful handicapped ready shower. They were quick and here when they said. More than being quick, they did an excellent job. Their communication through all phases was excellent. They also have great followup. I will use them again! I had a lot going on when the work was done, but I appreciate them working with me through a that difficult time. Thank you!

I had a small leak around the door (putty). They were quickly to fix.

The sun room door was improperly installed. Eventually, we got it re-done the proper way, which left some cosmetic issues. The door frame was poorly patched at a dead bolt and door lock strike plate. Time will tell how strong it really is.

After completion of the job and the company received payment from the finance company, I noticed issues with my rain gutter. I've called and left several messages and no return call. So those guarantees they say they have, they probably don't like using them

They were very professional and did a outstanding job. We absolutely love our deck!

I had them build a deck with a screen room and replace sliding glass doors with French doors. Work was done on time, efficiently (even though the weather didn't cooperate). The workers were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Cleaned everything up afterwards. Totally satisfied with Hometown and have recommended them several times on FaceBook.

Horrible customer service after I signed the contract. They didn't get the job done on time. I had to call them over and over to see when the job would be started. I asked to speak to the owners after the managerfailed to answer my questions. Demanded money before the job was completed. Showed up a month later without an appointment to look at the work. I will never reccomend them. Disappointed with ya'll for recommending them.

Mike and Chris installed 2 exterior doors with professionalism, yet friendly. They went above the call of duty by "staying after time to go home" to make sure everything was completely right. The doors look great and fit like a glove. I have them scheduled to do another job for me since they did such an excellent installation. I will continue to utilize this company and I would recommend them to everyone.
