"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Our salesperson, Chris Hilton, did an excellent job of not only explaining the flooring options, but also took the time to understand exactly what it was that we were looking for both aesthetically as well as with durability in ind. Having three kids under 7, 2 dogs, and a cat it was really great that he brought that aspect to our attention at the forefront of the transaction. The online tool allowing us to see the flooring options in our own home with our actual furniture took all the guess work out of what we were getting which was a great anxiety reliever. After the sale was done we were briefed by customer service about every step of the installation process and they did a great job of letting us know what we could expect. The installation was a breeze thanks to the great crew that came out and our flooring looks amazing!"

"It's a small house but they did a lot of work.  They had to take these big beams and the big long boards next to the ones that were already there that were termite infested.  My kitchen had sunk to the point that if there was any liquid on it, it would pour under the kitchen table.  It was no small job I guess.  They didn't crack the ceiling and I was so afraid that the house was so old.  I had the kitchen repainted and redone and was really afraid that I was going to see some cracked walls but all I saw was some doors.  I do have an issue that I need to call them back on because some doors are sticking now that the floors are even.  Other than that I was pretty pleased with them.  I don't know enough about what they did or how well they did but it appears that they did well.  If they respond to my problem that I'm having right now then I will use them in the future."

"All in all a good experience. The only small issue, is that the 3rd party hired contractor had forgotten the carpet strips on the last day of the job, to finish the carpet conversions with the tile job. And we had to keep calling him to get him back to finish the job; he did come back the end of the next week.. All in all an ok experience. The floor looks AWESOME, and the Sales guys from Stokes were great.."

"He was very thorough in his estimate and material list. He arrived on time and completed the job when he said he would. My house is very old (1918) and there was an issue with the floor being unlevel. He made sure to add extra bracing and supports to keep the floor from sagging in the future. He cleaned up after the job was finished and hauled of the removed subfloor to the street for pickup. He is a very polite and professional repairman. I will definitely use him in the future."
