The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. The only small issue, is that the 3rd party hired contractor had forgotten the carpet strips on the last day of the job, to finish the carpet conversions with the tile job. And we had to keep calling him to get him back to finish the job; he did come back the end of the next week.. All in all an ok experience. The floor looks AWESOME, and the Sales guys from Stokes were great.."
