He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, detailed and respectful. After six years of â jack-legâ service/repair companies, I finally found a trustworthy person. Now I only recommend Billy Don Air for AC needs throughout the Montgomery area. No need to follow up with Don because he keeps you fully informed throughout the process. If you are out of town, like me, he follows up with pictures, coordinates times with someone local, and provides professionalism every step of the way. What an amazing company! The way Don treats his customers is absolutely first class! He goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the job is done right the first time. At no cost he added an air return to ensure peak proficiency. I said, â Iâ ll order filtersâ he said, â Mr Allen, Iâ ll take several filters to the house and explain to the tenants the importance of replacing the filters regularly.â Don is that kind of person. Many AC repair companies send different people to provide quotes, install, invoice, and collect so they can avoid accountability. Not Don. "Braxton went above and beyond and did a few additional minor repairs at no cost, which I greatly appreciated. We had the evaporator coil replaced which is not a cheap fix. However, Prestige Comfort was almost $800.00 less than my other bids with exceptional quality and a 10 year warranty on the parts and one year warranty on the labor. Thanks so much again Braxton!"

"The repair technician and Customer Service representatives were spot on. Melinda in the office was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to find a new part that was being phased out for my older A/C unit. Brennen was the technician who performed the repairs. He kept me informed as to what he found, what needed to be replaced, and what he was going to request, and he even went above and beyond to stress that it was imperative to get the A/C working at my house due to a bedbound parent with a broken hip.
