"I was advice I could save more than the 20% by buying in bulk the metal in Roofing World warehouse, not true the Metal came directly from Central State warehouse, not roofing World. I was told I would receive paperwork showing the cost of material and labor, not true. The metal roof was installed on September 12, 2025, I have not received any paperwork or the warranty. I could not review Roofing World Birmingham, AL on their site for unknow reasons."

Must Read if interested. Will save you$ Lately I've been installing Gutter Protection "Get it and Neglect it" is kinda slogan. But I'll Quickly explain WHY.. I worked for LeafFilter Gutter Protection, installing & service work for several years. Have experience in Gutter installations, & some woodwork (soffit fascia). Life wa$ Good But, I watched Customers pay 5-9k for Gutter protection & I immediately knew what my future was. To allow thousands to end their Gutter Cleaning days as I can actually HELP EVERYONE by making it AFFORDABLE, For Everyone. (Avg home $800-1,800) Oh & I get to make my hrs and work less. With all that said, I believe in integrity, & thoughts matching words, matching actions. We Operate in an Honest straightforward manner that will allow me future customers for years to come. Plus I innately feel that we are all here to help each other in some way or another and we get what we give. The product we use is an almost identical product made by Gutter Glove for a price thats 75-80% cheaper on average than the BIG BOYS after Installation. (With a 40 year warranty. They have literally just cornered the market ) I'm owner operated, been doing gutters & gutter protection for over 5 years or so but just recently started working for myself in August 2020. I have Several Professional Helpers, that like myself take Pride in what they do, & I also Inspect every installation before paperwork & Payment. We are Licensed and Insured & We offer Free Estimates in 24Hrs!** We also take b4 & after pics of Install so u can see it all! We really feel like we're helping people. "Beware of Leaf Filter sales pitch starting at an outrageous amount that quickly, after a “multitude of discounts” arrives at a still outrageous amount, but makes you believe you are getting a “REAL DEAL”. Smooth talking, 6’ 5” Lamar had an excellent command of product knowledge and installation, but when a problem arose with the installer on the job, he suddenly became “Mr. Milk Toast” and told me I needed to contact Customer Service as he was just “the low man on the pole.” Long story short after signing contract installation was “amazingly” set up for next day 8/8/24 window of 8am -12 Noon. Installer arrived at 11:30am with no explanation as to why. Worked 2 1/2 hours installing 67 Linear Feet with no repair or replacement of gutters only to clean out some leaves. Then went to lunch returning around 3pm to continue work which necessitated him working on roof of one-story home around pool cage. He quickly advised me that there were soft spots on my 3 1/2-year new roof replacement and he was quite adamant that he was going to fall through my roof. He wanted to cut the screens in the pool cage so he could work from below. Lamar agreed that cutting screens wasn’t really an option and I should just pay the installer the $2515 for work completed and he would look into it. The following week he said he had to side with his installer. I didn’t realize that their installers are also experienced, licensed roofers. Hmmm I immediately called my local Volusia County, FL roofer with 28 years of experience and well thought of in my community and he sent a foreman out the next morning to check the roof. Both he and another roofer friend, separately determined that the roof was safe and the work could certainly be completed. In fact, I did have the additional 100 Linear Feet completed by someone else for half the price I paid Leaf Filter for 67 LF and in a much more timely and professional fashion from above on the roof. I can only wonder what their life time warranty and customer service experience would be like once they got paid and be thankful that I only suffered a couple of days of anxiety and concern that my roof was caving in and saved thousands of dollars."

Water should not be dripping behind your gutters. Rain dripping between your gutters and the fascia might indicate that the gutters are misaligned with the fascia board or there are loose screws in the gutters, allowing water to pass through.
