Paul came out to look at the carpet the very same day I called them, within hours. He took a square back to his showroom and was able to match the color almost exactly. Their next install date was almost 2 weeks out but he knew we were in a time crunch and called me a few days later when they had a cancelation. They came out that same day (within an hour) and had the whole job completed before lunch. It looks fantastic and the crew was clean and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough!"
