Fantastic experience with this company! We hired them to replace the carpet in one of our bedrooms (thanks to our cats who rebelled against the litterbox when our first child was born). Paul came out to look at the carpet the very same day I called them, within hours. He took a square back to his showroom and was able to match the color almost exactly. Their next install date was almost 2 weeks out but he knew we were in a time crunch and called me a few days later when they had a cancelation. They came out that same day (within an hour) and had the whole job completed before lunch. It looks fantastic and the crew was clean and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Owner was poor at communicating. Job was scheduled to begin on a Monday. Without letting me know, he rescheduled for Tuesday and I had to call to find out when no one showed up Monday morning. At least twice the installing crew was called off to another job for a day or two, and the crew chief called me to let me know instead of the owner. There were unexpected subfloor problems that took longer than planned to fix, but still, the project took 3 weeks to complete carpet removal and laminate placement in two rooms and a hallway.

I have had multiple floors-/in different houses throughout the country refinished. But none of them came close to the quality of the finished floors when they were completed. Our floors are over 37 years old! And they made them look brand new. Thanks Paul!😎

Floor had a few low impressions that I did know about until old carpet and padding was removed. These impressions were not covered or filled in as before because I can feel them under the new carpet. the carpet is beautiful but pricey.

The floor was beautiful except for a big dark spot in the very front of the room When I asked them to correct it they said I would have to pay $600 more to have them fix it It was their mistake and I don't think I should have to pay for it

They delivered the flooring we ordered and installed it in a timely manner. Homewood carpet also assisted us in having the particle board removed and plywood reinstalled. Their price was acceptable.

While the final result was ok, it was an ordeal to get there. First, they did not follow the stain directions, wiping it on an off in minutes, then putting the finish down. When I complained that the color did not match the neighboring floorboards and thus required resanding, the owner said it was going to cost him to do it. It took days to get the workers back to redo the job. The second time they stained it better, let the stain dry overnight (as every stain maker requires) and the outcome was much better. The workers were personable but arriving when they actually promised was an issue.

They arrived on time to provide the free estimate and submitted a very attractive bid. Half of the fee was due at the time I scheduled the job and they do not take charge. The subcontractor arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work in the expected time. I had taped plastic over doorways throughout the house to control the sawdust and the crew took extra care not to puncture or damage the plastic. I am happy with the work.
