He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness. He cleaned the system and set the logs back into place.  The whole appointment only took 15 minutes!  Now the fireplace works and we can enjoy it in our home.
