"Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness. I had crown molding and getting the alignment correct was proving to be difficult. Doing a recessed door sensor was something that was out of my DIY scope and i decided to get a professional install through a different provider.
I found this to be the best deal to buy Qolsys equipment, however I do wish the monitoring costs were more reasonable.
Cannot complain about customer service, it had been stellar and outstanding. Would definitely recommend , if you are ok with higher monitoring costs for great equipment and outstanding service.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"I purchased a plumbing inspection through Angie's List.  The guys were super nice on the phone.  They came out to so my inspection and started on a toilet that wasn't flushing properly.  They fixed this problem and found that excessive pressure caused it.  They checked and my pressure regulator was bad.  They replaced it later in the day.  They were very accommodating to my busy schedule.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
