I needed some emergency concrete driveway repairs/lifting and they came out same day and completed the repairs quickly. The owner himself called me and I explained the issues I was having. Every aspect of dealing with AFS was professional from initial contact to inspection, completion of job and follow up. The team I worked with were David, Hank and Robert who did the pilings to stabilize. Julian and Erik did the actual leveling and finishing. I am confident the patio pad will outlast me. I am so glad I found them as the others I spoke to gave me some off the wall options for repairing then concrete that never addressed the subsidence issue at all. "Service was excellent. Work was done in a timely manner. Took 5 days for this big job and they always cleaned up after themselves everyday. Crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied with their work. My home is now safe and properly supported. They worked with me on financing and budgeting and I will be hiring them again to do the 2nd portion of my foundation repair (replacing an outer band and increasing straightness of floors) once I pay this off or at least down some.
