"I called about a small wet area in a corner of a finished basement. They walked in with the preconceived idea that I needed a basement drainage system and sump pump. There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."

"Upon inspection, we were shown, via computer, the conditions currently existing and the manner in which AFS would proceed to correct the situation. The decision was made to proceed, a contract signed electronically and a deposit was requested and submitted. The inspector indicated he was having electronic difficulties; was unable to print a copy of the contract, but would submit it as soon as possible. This required several phone calls and a threat to cancel before a copy of the contract was received by email. When the crew arrived the foreman handed us a statement for the full amount of the contract. There was nothing indicated for the deposited amount. That required additional contacts by the foreman to correct the situation. (This was an extremely "shocking" development considering the previous circumstances regarding the paperwork!) The crew did what they could in replacing a pillar under the house but could not bring the floor back to level. They were afraid to use hydraulic jacks unless I would take responsibility for damage. They lifted the foundation approx. 3/4" on the southwest corner of the house bringing it back to level. The work done by the crew was totally acceptable and the foreman did a very good job when explaining exactly what was occurring. As requested by the foreman prior to their departure, , a check was submitted for the balance remaining."

"They had a drill malfunction and the supervisor, Craig Adams, expected me to clean up hundreds of grease spots off my porches and walls. He would not schedule a clean-up team to come back and clean the mess rather the technicians spent a few hours scrubbing the spots. However, they did not come up. The porches look considerably worse. Since that time, they have returned and made an effort to clean up the concrete. The front porch has now been completed, and they are returning tomorrow to work on the back porch."

"It's a small house but they did a lot of work.  They had to take these big beams and the big long boards next to the ones that were already there that were termite infested.  My kitchen had sunk to the point that if there was any liquid on it, it would pour under the kitchen table.  It was no small job I guess.  They didn't crack the ceiling and I was so afraid that the house was so old.  I had the kitchen repainted and redone and was really afraid that I was going to see some cracked walls but all I saw was some doors.  I do have an issue that I need to call them back on because some doors are sticking now that the floors are even.  Other than that I was pretty pleased with them.  I don't know enough about what they did or how well they did but it appears that they did well.  If they respond to my problem that I'm having right now then I will use them in the future."

"Absolute incredible customer service and professionalism! If you are looking for someone to repair, raise, or level concrete foundations or driveways you MUST give them a call. I needed some emergency concrete driveway repairs/lifting and they came out same day and completed the repairs quickly. The owner himself called me and I explained the issues I was having. He throughly explained the repair process and eased my worries. He came out within 2 hours and throughly inspected the driveway and immediately setup and began making the repairs. "Work started when promised. Hard fast workers. Moved quicker than I thought. Actual pour was delayed due to a concrete truck malfunction, but when delivery was rescheduled, they worked to finish before dark. This was not an issue or inconvenience for me. Very happy with the way it turned out and how they tied it in to my current drive that was on a slope."
