"Attention Veterans! It was an immense pleasure having Don install a Central AC. His appreciation for the military shines from pricing to performance. He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, detailed and respectful. After six years of â jack-legâ service/repair companies, I finally found a trustworthy person. Now I only recommend Billy Don Air for AC needs throughout the Montgomery area. No need to follow up with Don because he keeps you fully informed throughout the process. If you are out of town, like me, he follows up with pictures, coordinates times with someone local, and provides professionalism every step of the way. What an amazing company! The way Don treats his customers is absolutely first class! He goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the job is done right the first time. At no cost he added an air return to ensure peak proficiency. I said, â Iâ ll order filtersâ he said, â Mr Allen, Iâ ll take several filters to the house and explain to the tenants the importance of replacing the filters regularly.â Don is that kind of person. Many AC repair companies send different people to provide quotes, install, invoice, and collect so they can avoid accountability. Not Don. He is involved in every part of the job to make sure customers receive the best every step of the way. Don runs a One-Stop-Shop because he believes success comes through integrity, service and excellence. Thanks Don!"

"Showed up when promised. Took his time and was very good at explaining all that was wrong and promptly fixed the issues at a reasonable price."

"This is the best AC man I have ever had the experience of dealing with. He is very competent, trustworthy and reasonable. I am glad I call this company...have used him at 3 properties in the last 3 days. Very satisfied - thanks for sending him my way. You'll be glad you called Prestige Comfort."

"Awesome service - fast and reliable!"

"They were incredible to work with! So accommodating and respectful. I don?t know much about ac since my husband passed away and the helped every step of the way. From answering questions I didn?t know to recommending me what would work best in my area. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any HVAC services done! They really are the best. Thank you so much J+J DUCT SOLUTIONS."
