Spots such as red stains, rust and printer inks etc … require additional treatment above and beyond basic cleaning. The cost of these services is $5 per square foot. If the stains can be removed over time can tell. This cleaning is priced based on the amount of time and material required. Carpet protector, such as Scotchguard or Teflon, are $.35 per square foot, while steps cost $3.00 each. JCS recommends monthly cleanings for high-traffic areas, and quarterly cleanings for medium-traffic areas.
