Darrin was very easy to talk to.. Very thorough and professional. He inspects every inch including all parts of the attic. I have dealt with other inspectors and consider darrin to be heads above the competition. He makes sure you understand each part of his report, and makes you feel like you've known him forever.

He did the inspection on Monday (finished at about 4:00 pm) and on Tuesday morning I had a professional report in my inbox. He was punctual and thorough in his inspections. His knowledge made me comfortable and allowed us (first time home buyers) to ask all the questions we needed.

This retired soldier was super professional, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, through covered everything not just here and there, seemed excited about his career, I am so happy we were refered to him and chose to use him! We did buy the home and even after our purchase and I had a question on a Sunday he called me back right away to ease my concern! That is going the whole mile! He really deserves an A+++!
