"It was just fine. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a great deal of time with us. It was a good experience. He was here for 5 hours and he put in the system. We moved here in October and he put in the system in November. The initial expense was substantially more than the monthly service because we had to buy the equipment. We've had a couple of instances of not being able to log into our system effectively and they have corrected that with different apps. We didn't shop around to compare prices. He was here right on time and he was definitely professional."

I install this myself with the help of tech support, I'm 65years old in good health but of course not as agile as I was a few years ago, but this system was a piece of cake for me to install.
