"I cannot express fully how IMPRESSED I was with the services of Professionals in Cleaning.  I called on a Friday for a Tuesday/Wednesday cleaning the upcoming week and Santiago was able to accommodate.  He was very kind and answered all my questions.  I had always wanted to have a professional cleaning and my husband finally agreed after trying to assist me and seeing how much needed to be done.  My husband and I have opposite days off so that we don't have to put our girls in daycare, but that means we each kind of "single parent" because the other one is at work, making it very difficult to find time, or energy, to deep clean.  That my husband offered after years of saying "no" was a miracle in and of itself! 
The team of 4 that Santiago sent was amazing.  Not only were they on time, Santiago called 30 minutes ahead to give me an ETA, and they were so nice upon arrival.  I took my girls in the backyard to play while they cleaned so that we wouldn't be in the way, but they said we could have stayed inside if we wanted.  My house sparkles - they detailed every item they cleaned.  I don't think the microwave has ever looked so clean.  They moved items on furniture to dust - the surfaces of all our areas look spectacular.  The bathrooms look and smell great.  They cleaned things I would have never thought to have cleaned.  They reached the top of all our ceiling fans, cleaned floorboards, and detailed spills on the front of cabinets.  The mirrors are so clear - not a streak or milky a finish that happens when I clean them sometimes.  The tile floors FEEL clean to walk on in bare feet.  And did I mention the clean smell?  I can't stop inhaling deeply.  It's weird, I know, but it smells so good.  If you have children, you'll understand. 
The walk-through after the team finished cleaning confirmed how above and beyond the team went.  They showed me everything they did and I was blown away.  They truly did an outstanding job.  If it would have been appropriate to hug them, I would have.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a clean-looking and clean-smelling home!

"Sales representative responded immediately to homeadvisor request. There was a lack of communication between the sales representative and the installation department. The time specified to perform installation had past and I had to call them to schedule installation. They showed up the next day to perform installation, but did not bring flooring. If I had been informed that the flooring would be delivered later I probably would have allowed them to begin removal of old carpet. I had to call for the next installation date of which they scheduled for the next business day. The crew arrived on time and performed work well. They could improve communication with customers by using e-mail or text messaging. My wife loves the wood flooring and I plan to use this business to install flooring in two other rooms."
