WARNING - out of business! We paid online for two cleaners to come clean our home after we moved out in order to list this home for sale. You had to schedule and pay online. Because of the good reviews here we decided to go ahead. The workers did not show up for the appointment. We spent two weeks contacting the office and hearing a variety of excuses before their phone number was suddenly no longer working. We are working with our credit card company to get a refund. :(

Very well, the first experience was with the husband and wife owners, the second time a team of people arrived closely supervised by owners.  They were all very hard working and professional.

Everyone very efficient and careful to do a good job. This was the first time I used a cleaning service and I am pleased with what was done. They are truly Professionals in Cleaning. One of early reviews was wrong; there was some miscommunication.

Professionals in Cleaning has provided cleaning services for our home several times over the last two years and we continue to be impressed with their scheduling, follow through, and excellent cleaning services.  Whenever we book an appointment via email/phone, they confirm the scheduled appointment, send a reminder closer to the date, and follow up with a Thank You.

Most of it went very well.   However, they didn't dust the cobwebs from the air vents or clean the bugs from the ceiling fixtures.

They were extremely polite and professional.

This is the second time I used Professionals in Cleaning. They are very prompt and thorough. They informed me after I purchased this offer, that I could have saved $5.00 if I contacted them directly.

The service was fine. It was not like A+, but it was okay. They were on-time. They were efficient. They were just not super thorough. They were good, but I do not know if I would use them again. I tried using them again before, but then, they were not available and they were not very good about returning calls. So, I probably would not use them again.

They did an Amazing job as always!

Service was great. Completely cleaned a 5 bedroom 3 bath house. Bathrooms and kitchen were virtually spotless. Very polite and thoughtful.

What I love most about Professionals in Cleaning is they take the time to dust and replace all the books, knick-knacks on my shelves and they always arrange things to make them look better than they did before.

A couple of things weren't done that I would expect to be done with a thorough cleaning, such as -  there were still dark lines in the grout of my white tile (they didn't have a brush with them, just a Mr. Clean magic eraser).  I took a toothbrush and showed them how easy it is to clean and it came right up.  Also the shower head wasn't touched.  (forgot the CLR), CLR not necessary as it was darkened which says mold or mildew not Rust or Lime or Calcium.    I pointed these things out and they went right to work getting the grout cleaned.  They'll want a grout brush for future use.    I also noticed after they left that they did go back and clean the showerhead and that pleased me.

They want to please, they want to do a great job and they excel at working towards that goal by listening to what you need and going back over it if not to your liking.  This is half the battle.  Also the stove (flat top) can be difficult to clean with environmentally safe cleaners.  This is the ONLY place I will use a magic eraser.  That combined with a little stove cleaner (looks like car wax) cleans it to perfection. 

I will however make sure they don't use the magic eraser anywhere else in the house; It's just too destructive, a FORMER housecleaner used it on the outside of my microwave and scratched it terribly. 

They have a lot of houses to clean so I have now created a list of reminders (grout, no magic eraser except with my stove cleaner, shower heads) so I can make their job easier as well.   I'll send them the list each time I make an appt.

My son's birthday is coming up and I plan to have them clean before that as well.  They'll be this mom's go-to housecleaners from now on. 

This is a top notch company!!!! There were extremely responsive to my inquiry about an appointment. I received email update reminders and they were here on time to perform the cleaning. At the end they provided a walk through and checklist and I was exceedingly pleased with the quality of their work. I have already requested a quote to have them clean on a repeating basis.

I am happy to share that I was quite pleased with my service from Professionals In Cleaning Inc. I would use their service again, which indicates a job well done. Appointment set up was prompt, professional and at my convenience. They arrived early, and called to confirm their visit. The session started with a walk through and discussion of my greatest areas of concern, we communicated expectations and prioritized areas to be cleaned. Everyone got to work immediately, I genuinely felt they cared about doing a good and detailed job. I was very pleased to see that they did know how to clean, as it seems to be a lost art. Areas I thought were a lost cause were remedied, and alot of elbow grease was put forward. All the cleaners were professional, respectful of property, and diligent. I am a tough customer in this area,  and they did a great job with my home.
