The house was originally built in 1978 and had cinder blocks where moisture had been slowly accumulating for years. They came and installed their waterproofing system and a pump to pump out any ensuing water from rains and the system works amazingly. No more moisture and no more musty odors. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their estimate was one of the best as well."

They were quick, professional and overall reasonably priced. We would definitely hire again. I gave 4 stars for quality, as once they were finished and left- I heard this overwhelming flow of water under the house. I went to turn off at the water heater and it did nothing (meaning busted pipe under). I ran out and shut off the main valve (after trying to get it flush to turn....)- after which at least 75 gallons of water had been disbursed under the home (watched meter- costing us more money in water bill and time of return). I called JL and they came right back and fixed everything correctly. Excellent communication and the (Office Manager?) woman I spoke with was very polite, professional and overall very helpful! "Landscaping Guys did a great job re-sodding my lawn! They helped prepare the dirt (removed old grass/weeds), ordered and had delivered the new sod, and then installed the sod. They reset all the irrigation heads and replaced any that malfunctioned. They also installed a couple of drainage areas to remove standing water. They did a great job, were on time, and the results are fantastic. Throughout it all, Jesus kept me informed of the plan and walked me through the process for each step. The price was fair and they completed the job ahead of schedule. It was always a great, hard working crew on site."

"Mitchell was prompt and very professional. After looking in the crawl space and all around the house he showed me exactly where the problem was. It wasn't the crawl space at all, it was the gutters. One area wasn't draining, and another area had broken off and was funneling water right into the basement. They didn't get any business from me because nothing was needed, but they did the right thing. I would absolutely recommend them; it is rare to find such integrity!
