The house was originally built in 1978 and had cinder blocks where moisture had been slowly accumulating for years. They came and installed their waterproofing system and a pump to pump out any ensuing water from rains and the system works amazingly. No more moisture and no more musty odors. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their estimate was one of the best as well."

I called JL and they came right back and fixed everything correctly. Excellent communication and the (Office Manager?) woman I spoke with was very polite, professional and overall very helpful! They reset all the irrigation heads and replaced any that malfunctioned. They also installed a couple of drainage areas to remove standing water. They did a great job, were on time, and the results are fantastic. Throughout it all, Jesus kept me informed of the plan and walked me through the process for each step.
