"We had a small walker / wheelchair ramp installed in a doorway with a 6-inch threshold. Sheldon was responsive, on time, worked continuously, honest, and took pride in his work. He explained in great detail and with much patience how he was going to build the project. He gave us options and suggestions without pushing either way. Once the ramp was completed, we asked about other projects. He described the process clearly and the estimated cost. We felt confident to go ahead and hire him for two additional projects, installing a bathtub bar and removing a concrete slab from the backyard. He set up a date and time and showed up as promised. He was respectful of all members of the household, to include one who is particular about others doing things for the house or yard. There were no surprises regarding the costs of any projects and we were kept informed along the way of any additional necessities to complete the projects. The concrete slab had a few "surprises" underneath (more slab, rocks, trash, etc) and he handled it like a professional. We will definitely call to have other projects completed when and if necessary. I highly recommend RS Construction LLC, Sheldon Miller."
