When you called our company almost two weeks after we cleaned your home to express your dissatisfaction, we went beyond our 24 hour guarantee and offered to reclean your home because you were a disappointed customer. I hate to see anyone not happy with our service and do my best to make sure this doesn't happen. I hope when you get settled in your new home you will accept a free clean on us that I will do personally. Please consider giving our company another opportunity to make you happy. Sheryl, the business owner scheduled Kim to complete a deep Spring Cleaning of our entire home. She cleaned our 14' ceilings. moldings, ceiling fans, baseboards, bathrooms, changed the bed linens and cleaned our entire house. Kim was very professional, detail oriented and aimed to please.
Sheryl called first thing this morning to make sure we were satisfied. It is such a pleasure to work with a company that genuinely cares about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction at a fair price.

That being said, I usually do all quotes myself. On the off chance that I am to busy, I send my longest and best employee to do the quote.Her name is Kim and she has done numerous quotes in the past. I ALWAYS follow up to make sure things go the way they are suppose to. This quote was done approx. two months ago. I received the call from rachelle on my answering machine(as I do not answer my phone while I am working out of respect for the customer that is paying for my time). It was in the evening when I returned her call. I told her that someone would call her the following day to set up an apt. for the quote. I called Kim the following day to make sure she had called to set up the quote, she told me she had attempted several times to call her but got no answer. I told ger to keep trying. It took us two days to finally reach her. At this time, Kim set up a time to do the quote. When I called Kim to see how the quote went, she informed me that she had been waiting outside for fifteen minutes but no one was home. I told her to wait five more minutes and if no one showed she could leave. As she was about to leave, Rachelle showed up. Kim went in, left our checklist and told Rachelle she would call the following day with the quote. The Customer explained that she worked at a bank and would not readily be available to answer the phone. She asked Kim if she could leave the quote on her machine. The following day I called Kim to see if she had accepted the quote. Kim told me that she tried to reach Rachelle but she was unavailable so she left the quote on her answering machine as the Customer had instructed. We never heard back from the Customer. The Customer, if you get an opportunity to read this, I will be glad to come do the quote and the clean personally. I apologize for your experience. As I said, Top To Bottom goes above and beyond to make sure each and every one if our customers is satisfied. I would be glad to give you a discount on your housecleaning as a result of your bad experience."
