"We hired them for a deck resurface â from 900 miles away. Communication back and forth was great on questions and design. They showed up when scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. Quality was excellent. Could really tell they cared about doing the job right! They kept me updated with progress photos daily. Great business!!!"

Handyman/ roofer

I can do a little bit of everything from H-vac servicing to plumbing to carpentry to remodeling work just looking for some extra side work to help some people out when I’m not working my full-time job

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"Luke was a gift! I moved from Colorado into a new home in Prattville, walked in the door and immediately realized I couldn’t live with the existing DIY paint job. I called Luke’s Painting, their estimate was $1400.00 less than their competitors, he started painting two days later. Luke was professional, honest, hard working and always cognizant of the fact that I was working from home while he was painting. The finished product is amazing, a realtor commented on how clean the lines are. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Luke’s Painting!"

"I couldn't be more pleased with the work we had done. Even though he was fully booked, he still made the effort to fit us into his schedule, which we really appreciated. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and friendly, and completed the job flawlessly. The quality of his work truly speaks for itself-everything was done with great attention to detail and care. It's not easy to find someone this reliable and skilled. I would absolutely recommend R &M to anyone needing timely and flawless service."

"Excellent overall highly recommended them for the job."
