The fence turned out great-straight, exactly what we asked for, and the craftsmanship is solid. Justin is knowledgeable and kind. That said, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication and scheduling. Cleanup that was included in the contract was delayed, and I was not given timely updates-even after reaching out. Reliable communication is just as important as quality work, and that piece needs improvement. I would consider using them again if communication improves."
