"The ad specified $55 for a computer tune up. I bought it for my husband, who then while on the phone was informed that the deal was only for an hour of work, and each additional hour was $85. These conditions were in the fine print of the deal, which I stupidly did not read before the purchase. I feel the ad should state $55 for 1 hour computer tune up, and that additional hours may be necessary. My husband was satisfied with the work completed. I feel the original ad is misleading. I will never buy a deal in the future that sounds too good to be true without reading the fine print! It was not the serviceman's fault I did not read the fine print; of course it was my fault for taking the ad at face value.

"Anytime I have a problem, I call Dish, and they do good work, and they come quickly enough. I have a service contract with them where I don't have to pay them. That was one of the smartest things that I did, and that was to sign up the service contract for a small additional sum each month, I don't have to pay each time they come out to do work. I had a problem shortly after I signed the contract, and they had been out here 2 or 3 times before they got it fixed, and it didn't cost me a penny. That is all good. I have the biggest TV satellite package. It is expensive, but so is everybody else. I have had no problems with the quality. They are quick on the trigger.
