They informed me that they would come after lunch. I thought that would between 12pm-1pm. I still have not heard anything from them and I called them around 430pm. The receptionist promised me that they will come out but they are busy. They informed me that they will come and complete the work tonight. I do not think this fair I wish there was more communication available. I scheduled this appointment yesterday and still have not had this work completed.

Called and said he was on the way. About 20 minutes later he arrived. Introduced himself and got right to work. He let me know when he finished. Explained everything extra on the ticket and I signed and paid him.

I was able to reach someone immediately on their main number, and they scheduled a technician to come out that same day.  The technician, Ricky, arrived in the early afternoon and was amazing.  He was very knowledgeable of our unit and freely shared with us all the details about what he felt was wrong with the unit, why he felt this was the case, what he recommended be done, and why he felt this was our best course of action.  I was at work when he arrived, so he left his cell number with my wife and I was able to call him when I got home instead of her having to remember all the details and relay them to me later.  In our case, Ricky recommended replacing the unit.  However, he didn't just recommend replacing it; he explained in great detail the various specifications of our unit and how it was a poor match for the house (the unit came with the house when we bought it.  It's grossly oversized, poorly installed, and not suitable for this area.  Again, he didn't just tell us this - he gave us the facts and figures associated with the unit and its installation so that we were able to agree with his assessment).  Ricky repaired the unit enough to keep it running until we are able to replace it; he did not recommend any extensive repairs due to the horrible condition and poor install of the unit, so there was no additional cost on the service call.

Every one on Y-P is very nice, especially the lady that answers the telephone and schedules.  Johnie Capley was on time did a professional job and reasonably priced.  I have an annual maintenance contract with Y-P to do twice yearly check ups on my AC and heating units.  Excellent service, if I had to have a new unit would purchase from Young Pittman.  Excellent.
