Perfect ! Had service calls on old unit. Very friendly to help arrange service time. They arrived in 2 hours. Repaired on the spot, had the parts needed. After a few service calls decided it has time to replace. The next day Kevin came to house and quoted unit. Installed in one week later. I would highly recommend Harbin Heating and Air. Very honest! Do what they say. All the employees are excellent!

I would rate them absolutely excellent. For responsiveness,I would say, probably A prior to this last. There's been some delay in getting the bid back. So right now, they're kind of running at a B, but we're continuing to follow-up with them.
