I'm so glad we didn't have to buy a new fridge. I understand that diagnosing things on systems like this can take a little trial of things to test and check components, so the fact that it took a couple of visits didn't bother me. The technician was pleasant enough to deal with and efficient. I thought she explained things well, which was very nice. I have no complaints!"

"We have an older model (~10 years old) Whirlpool washer that recently started making a squeaking noise during the spin cycles. I called to make the service appointment, the receptionist was helpful and provided two sperate time slots when the technician could come to our home. They texted a confirmation message confirming the date. The morning of the appointment, the technician sent a text letting us know that he was on his way. He arrived right on time.
