  If I could give less than 1 star, I would. PSA - Do not use Trinity Custom Homes! I have about 12 pages of reasons why, but here’s a summary: - superintendent for this area is incompetent & communicates poorly; rarely shows up on-site and does not have command of schedule or subs - they do not use local subs & it is extremely difficult to get all their out of town subs to show up - they miss every deadline they make (home was supposed to be completed by 4/1 and it is now 9/16 and still not complete) we have been attempting to schedule a walk through for 3 weeks now and still do not have a date. - they have a Covid clause in their contract and no matter what they do wrong, they will always be protected by that Covid clause and there’s nothing you can do - most of their subs do not have permits for Tallapoosa Co - their corporate infrastructure is non responsive and attempts to intimidate through litigation and threats to their customers - materials are delivered on-site and left outside in the hot, humid, cold and/or wet conditions for weeks while awaiting a sun to install.   Outstanding quality. Often the price is high to even a bit off-putting, but the quality, workmanship, knowledge, ability and the fact that they get the job done right is worth it. The only builder in the area who completely stands behind his work. If you think anything is even mildly off, they're back in a flash to correct it at no extra charge. We had some new doors put in for which the company hardware was working ideally, they fixed it. We needed to redo the kitchen but the cabinet headers were not finished before prior owners wallpapered, so they handmade new veneers and fixed it. Our dining room walls were not perfectly straight,, so they custom fit crown molding and chair rails and it looks perfect. Save money in the long run and do it right first by using these guysshow more

  The results were better than we could have imagined. From the time we broke ground, the estimated time of completion was pretty close despite working during the winter and having a couple weeks where no work could be done. The contractors were friendly and paid attention to the details we gave them. Mike was awesome with his follow up, making sure everything was done the way it was planned! He is a stickler for cleanliness and the little details that meant a lot to us with our addition. We added a master bedroom, bathroom, closet, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and mud room; remodeled a kitchen, turned a bedroom into a laundry room and closet and a bathroom into a pantry... paved a very steep driveway and poured a sidewalk and double parking slab. all in 4-5 months. Not to mention we live in an area where it is difficult to find builders/contractors that will show up much less complete a job. Excellent job and we would certainly recommend him!!show more

  Extremely well. Each new window had to be carefully refitted with the existing hardware. Each window fit perfectly and operated the first time, every time, without requiring any additional adjustments. The crew was the most professional crew that we have hired in the past 20 years, arrived when they said they would, did exactly what was expected and cleaned up promptly when they were done.   The appointment was for 10 am, but because the GPS systems were not updated properly everyone (realtor, myself, and inspector) had difficulty finding the location. I ended up having to leave before the inspector arrived because I was suffering with appendicitis. The inspector still did a very thorough job because he ended up pointing out the same and more possible issues than my personal home contractor.They were also very kind about receiving payment because the deal was for me to pay the inspector directly, but I had to leave early. Even though they were not receiving their payment immediately, they still performed the inspection and sent me a copy of the inspection via email before I even had a chance to send out their payment. Then, I received a formal paper copy of the report within a few days. They were very kind, patient, and respectful of my situation. I will DEFINETLY use them again in the futureshow more

  Mummey Builders did a fantastic job in demolishing my old double carport, building a new gabled double carport with attic, installing lights and electric wiring and putting a 26 gauge "allalum" (not sure about spelling) roof on the existing house and carport. I am very pleased with the quality of all this work and would definately recommend Mummey Builders to anyone. Also I intend to hire Mr. Mummey for any future home remodeling projects I have.
